Social Media Manager (m/f/x) - Health Tech

As Social Media Manager (m/f/x) you take over full ownership of all our Social Media strategies and channels for our App products and brands.
You will work closely with your colleagues from the fields of user research, product development, as well as with the marketing teams from our industry cooperation partners.

What you will be doing

  • You take over owernship for all our social media channels of our apps (currently mainly Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and Spotify)
  • As a social media expert, you will be responsible for the strategic orientation, planning and editing of social media content
  • You independently translate product and company goals into social media measures and plan corresponding campaigns in consultation with the marketing team 
  • You identify new channels and formats that fit the objectives and target group of the respective products
  • You create regular reports on all Temedica social media channels and communities
  • You cherish an open and trustworthy collaboration and with your cross-functional teams
  • You are always up to date, know the current trends, platforms and developments in your home turf.

What you will bring to the table

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing, ideally in pharma marketing / healthcare
  • Experience in managing B2C Social Media campaigns
  • Solid track record of building and engaging a community
  • Strong knowledge of strategic approaches, analysis, and trends in the field of social media
  • Inspiring, hands-on person with excellent communication skills (fluent in German and English) and ability to turn creative ideas into inspiring stories and strategies
  • Willingness to always learn & improve (we are at the forefront of an entirely new industry - there is no “best practice” in our space and we need to continuously discover new ways and solutions)

  • You don’t have a hands-on mentality and you shy away from raising communities from the ground up
  • You tend to become frustrated and demotivated if you need to act in a space where things are usually a little bit “tricky”
  • You don’t like to deal with regulations and communication guidelines
