As Teamlead Customer Care (m/f/x) you are responsible for the long-term satisfaction of our customers and the operational running of our customer support. Your goal is to continuously improve internal processes to ensure scalability for our future growth. Here you will find a responsible role in the internationalization of our Customer Care Centre.

What you will be doing

  • Be responsible for the ongoing professionalisation and upcoming internationalisation of our Customer Support team.
  • Implement scalable processes, build a strong team and attract the right talent.
  • Together with your team, ensure outstanding service quality for all our products (at home and abroad).
  • Implement appropriate processes and tools to continuously optimize and increase efficiency.
  • Define relevant KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders and proactively loop insights back to our product teams.

What you will bring to the table

  • Solid experience in a leading position in technical customer support  - ideally in an international setup.
  • Proven ability in building, leading and developing a strong team and driving the internationalization of customer care centers.
  • Inspiring personality with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Detail-oriented & organized with the ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
  • Willingness to always learn & improve (we are at the forefront of an entirely new industry - there is no “best practice” in our space and we need to continuously discover new ways and solutions).
  • You make informed decisions based on relevant KPIs and Insights.
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and speak German at a native level and excellent English.
